Nc'nean Organic Single Malt, 92 Proof Drimnin, Highlands
Gentle fermentation and distilling techniques make this one of the easiest sips of scotch you will have. A delicate nose of honey, vanilla, and pear, lifted by light spice and citrus. The palate opens with peach, apricot, and tangy citrus, developing into richer flavors of fig, dried pineapple, and subtle malt. The finish is smooth and lingering, balancing fruity sweetness with a gentle spice.

Get ready for a step up in oaky, smokey flavors. Aged in used bourbon barrels in new, uncharred chinquapin oak barrels add some woody spice. The nose reveals smoldering oak, burnt licorice, honey, ginger, butterscotch, and citrus peel. This rye whiskey opens with a bold nose of spice, oak, dried fruits, orange peel, leather, and nutmeg. The palate is rich and full-bodied, featuring dark dried fruits, cherry, vanilla, pepper, and cinnamon, all rounded out by a subtle grapey sweetness from its sherry cask finish.
